Mind. Body. Saltwater. YOLO Retreat Recap
It is hard to find the proper words and to condense them down into few enough to describe what happened over the course of a week that we spent with 15 women in a dreamy lake front retreat house. When we booked it six months ago, it was with a simple vision and a firm faith in knowing we were meant to bring together a group of people who were all chasing joy & sincere connection. What happened over the course of 7 days was beyond what we could have hoped for. Over the course of two retreats; one 4-night and one 3-night, we nourished our bodies and minds in all the ways. We started our days at sunrise with coffee by the pool and serene morning paddles from Lake Stallworth to the Gulf. We had organic, healthy, delicious homemade breakfast followed by an in house workshop led by friends within the community who have had an impact on us.
